2024 Neighbourhood House Participant Survey

Neighbourhood Houses across Victoria have been asked to conduct a participant survey. This survey is compulsory for Neighbourhood Houses in receipt of NHCP funding.

In the previous two surveys (2013 and 2017), the data was provided back to each Neighbourhood House and two major reports released. Importantly the data demonstrated the benefits to participants of attending Neighbourhood Houses, strengthening the evidence base that shows the value of Neighbourhood Houses.

We have nominated the week of Monday 11 November until Sunday 17 November as survey week, and all users of our spaces and services during that week will be encouraged to participate in the survey.  

The survey can be completed by scanning a unique QR code (which will be on display in reception) or by visiting an online link, which will be shared via email, social media and on our website during the survey week. 

Each person should only complete the survey once, even if they visit the House on multiple occasions during survey week. 

The survey is entirely optional; however, we thank you in advance for your participation in the survey!
